When I left social media back in 2016 after my son, Sauryn, was born, I had to figure out a way to connect with new audiences and grow my income – my family and livelihood literally depended on it. I tried many strategies: from licensing my audio library to doing revenue share client work — but the most effective strategy I stumbled upon was to craft and tour a signature workshop.
In two years, I delivered my 60-minute workshop on 40 virtual stagers and grew my email list by 6000+ people… with just 40 hours of teaching time. Imagine what that would do for your business.

Niche Your Workshop (Tad)
Sept 10 • 11am – 1 pm PT
In our first session, special guest Tad Hargrave, Marketing for Hippies, will lead the group through a niching process that will ensure you’re clear about WHO your Signature Workshop is for, HOW it will benefit their lives and WHAT outcomes you can promise them if they sign up and join. This will also help you identify the perfect partners to host your workshop when it’s time to take it on tour.

Design Your Workshop (Brad)
Sept 24 • 11am – 1pm PT
Session 2 will take the clarity gained from our time with Tad and craft your game plan, develop your Signature Workshop topic and curriculum outline. The templates and teachings provided will also help you outline the benefits your audience will receive from participating and equip you with all the necessary details to craft your landing page and email invitations in the next session.
Session 3
Craft Your Offer & Landing Page
Oct 8 • 11am – 1 pm PT
Session 3 will focus on refining and optimizing your landing page to ensure it resonates with your audience and drives signups. We’ll fine-tune your messaging, polish the design and landing page layout using our template and set up your automations to ensure a seamless user experience.

Create the Workshop Experience
Oct 22 • 11am – 1 pm PT
In our fourth session, you’ll map out your Workshop lesson plan and create engaging slides and content delivery assets. This will provide you with confidence and peace of mind as you start promoting your program and registering eager, excited participants.

Market Your Workshop (Brad)

In our fifth session, we’ll assist you in creating a simple marketing strategy based on Bradley’s “Business Without Social Media” mindset and business philosophy (but you can still do social media if you want). From here, you’ll craft your promotional emails to fill it up. We’ll leverage our Majik templates to ensure your message captivates your audience.

Deliver Your Workshop

Now you’ll deliver your Signature Workshop LIVE to your audience; which could be other participants, your email list, family, friends or social media. This serves as a trial run so you can improve, refine and learn from the experience before taking it on a virtual tour to other people’s stages.

Tour Your Workshop (Brad)
Dec 3 • 11am – 1 pm PT
In this session, we’ll celebrate the inspiring stories of all the workshops taught. We’ll use our templates for crafting effective “host outreach emails,” organizing your Hub spreadsheets and building your “Media Page” to send interested workshop hosts, making their job of promoting you simple and streamlined — so you can tour with ease.

Q&A and Celebration (Brad & Tad)

In our final session, we’ll ensure everyone completes the training with all questions answered. Meet Bradley T. Morris, the dynamic creative force behind Majik Media and Majik Kids. With two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Bradley’s created viral videos, binge-worthy courses and a meditation library reaching millions.
He’s led over 500 transformational workshops, built a couple dozen thriving online communities and coached hundreds of creators to bring their visions to life in big, bold, beautiful ways. Bradley left social media in 2016 to focus on real-world connections, and in the process re-imagined how humans can do business.
He went on to create and tour an incredibly popular Masterclass called, “Thriving in Business without Social Media,” which has supported thousands of entrepreneurs to adopt relationship-based marketing strategies to grow their work in the world.
In 2021, Bradley partnered with his son, Sauryn to launch Majik Kids, where they offer the most magical audio stories, music, meditation and learning activity library for kids, classes and families — paying their artists 50% of the revenue.
As a hobby, Bradley plays professional golf and enjoys connecting with interesting, inspiring, creative humans. He loves adventuring with his family, friends and dog named Bonkers.

Marketing for Hippies
Tad Hargrave is a hippy who developed a knack for marketing (and then learned to be a hippy again). He spent his late teens being schooled in a mixed bag of approaches to sales and marketing – some manipulative and some not. When that career ended, he spent a decade unlearning and unpacking what he’d been through.
How had he been swept up in it? Why didn’t those approaches work as well as advertised? Were there ways of marketing that both worked better and felt better to all involved? It took him time but he began to find a better way to market.
By 2006, he had become one of the first full-time “conscious business” marketing coaches (for hippies) and created a business where he could share the understanding he had come to: Marketing can feel good. You don’t have to choose between marketing that works (but feels awful) or marketing that feels good (but gets you no clients).
Since 2001, he’s been touring his marketing workshops around Canada, the United States, Europe and online, bringing refreshing and unorthodox ideas to conscious entrepreneurs and green businesses that help them grow their organizations and businesses (without selling their souls).
Instead of charging outrageous amounts, he started doing most of his events on a pay what you can basis. He’s the author of 16 books and workbooks on marketing.
Tad currently lives in Duncan, BC and his ancestors come primarily from Scotland with some from the Ukraine as well. He’s now dedicated to spending the rest of his days preserving and fostering a more deeply respectful, beautiful and human culture.
