If you choose not to use it, you can still expect to make significant progress, but you’ll likely need more time to complete your Signature Workshop system afterward.
- You’re hoping to complete every detail of your workshop and marketing system during the three days. You will get a TON of the foundational pieces done, but it’s likely there will be a bit more work to finish after the retreat.

Come prepared
The participants who make the most progress complete all of the required pre-work before the retreat, including the Signature Workshop Masterclass, workbook, and preparation exercises. Arriving with a clear niche and workshop idea will also help you get much further. Expect to dedicate a full day to the pre-work.
Treat it like a Retreat
Block off all three days and give yourself permission to stay focused. During the breaks, we encourage you to continue refining your content, building your systems, and asking questions. The more focused time you invest, the more you’ll accomplish in our 3 full days together.
Technical Support vs Done-for-You
Coralie will be available throughout the retreat to answer questions, troubleshoot, and help you implement your Signature Workshop system.
To get the most from the retreat, we strongly recommend that you either:
- Feel comfortable using your own technology, including your website builder, email platform, scheduling software, Canva, payment processor, and any integrations you already use, or
- Have someone on your team who knows your technology and can help you before, during, or after the retreat.
This retreat is designed to help you build your Signature Workshop marketing system, not teach individual software platforms from scratch.
Our team is most experienced with WordPress/Squarespace, Kit/Mailchimp, Calendly/Acuity, but participants use a wide variety of tools. Because every tech stack is different, we can’t guarantee support for every platform or integration.
If you’re starting from scratch or would prefer our team to build everything for you, our Done-For-You Signature Workshop Set-Up Service may be a better fit… or join the DIY path and take your time with the set-up process & learning your tech.
Have realistic expectations
Some participants will finish everything – or close to it. Others will leave with 70-90% of their system completed and a clear plan to finish the remaining pieces over the following 1-4 weeks.

How much should I have completed before attending?
Please complete watching the Signature Workshop Masterclass, completing your workbook (typed out and ready to copy/paste into AI workflows), and arriving with a reasonably clear niche, audience, and workshop idea. Expect to spend approximately 3-6 hours preparing.
Will I finish everything during the retreat?
Every participant starts from a different place. Some people will complete everything, while others will leave with 70-90% of their system built and a clear plan to finish the remaining pieces over the following few weeks. Our goal is meaningful progress, not perfection.
Do I need AI?

If I’m being completely honest, I think you’ll get far more value from the retreat if you’re open to using AI.
The entire experience is designed around compressing months of work into three focused days. AI is one of the biggest reasons that’s possible. We use it throughout the retreat to speed up writing, brainstorming, research, copywriting, and implementation.
If you’re open to learning AI, you’ll accomplish significantly more during our time together.
If you’re not interested in using AI, that’s completely okay. Tad rarely uses it himself, and everything we teach can absolutely be done without it. It will simply take a lot longer to build your Signature Workshop system… so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly.
For that reason, if you’re a hard no on AI, you may want to consider our DIY Signature Workshop Training & Community instead. You’ll receive the same frameworks, templates, and a community space for feedback, but you’ll have the time to build everything at your own pace without feeling rushed by the 3-day window.
The retreat is designed for entrepreneurs who want to build as much of their system as possible in three focused days. AI isn’t mandatory, but it does make that goal much more achievable.
Feel into it for yourself. And if you’re a hard no to using AI or being around people who will be, then join the DIY training instead and take your time with the set-up process.
What if I'm not technical?
That’s okay, but this retreat isn’t designed to teach software from scratch.
Coralie will be available throughout the retreat to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help you move forward. She won’t be building your website or setting up your systems for you though.
Ideally, you should already be familiar with your website builder, Canva, email platform, scheduling software, payment processor, affiliate system, and any automations or integrations you plan to use.
If you don’t have any of those skills, then we strongly recommend having someone on your team who can help during or after the retreat. If you have that person on your team, then bring them, so you can GSD together!
If you’d rather have our team build your entire Signature Workshop system for you, our Done-For-You Signature Workshop Set-Up Service may be the better fit. We’ll have your complete system built and ready to tour in approximately 30 days… for not a lot more money… and a whole lot less time.

What platforms do you support?
We’re most experienced with WordPress (Elementor and Divi builders) and Squarespace websites, along with Kit and Mailchimp for email marketing. For scheduling, Calendly and Acuity. For payments and affiliates, ThriveCart. Canva for graphics. If you use other tools, we’ll be happy to help you find tutorials and learn alongside you.
All systems are intended to work similar or the same, but each combination of tech tools bring some variations on how the system is set up, so it is more streamlined and efficient if people use similar systems. That said, what’s most important is that you or someone on your team is familiar with the platforms you’re using.
The retreat focuses on building your marketing system, not teaching platform-specific software.
What if I already have a workshop?
Perfect.
Many participants already have a workshop they’ve been delivering. We’ll help you strengthen your messaging, improve your positioning, build the marketing system around it, and create a relationship-based strategy for getting it in front of more audiences. The system is what helps you scale, not the workshop itself.
Can I bring a business partner or my tech team?
Absolutely!
If you’re building the same Signature Workshop together OR you want your tech person to come to the entire weekend, we say go for it… at NO extra cost.

The retreat is designed to be light on teaching and heavy on the live implementation experience. The coaching, feedback, collaboration, and momentum happen in real time, so we strongly encourage you to attend live for the full three days, rather than watching the recordings.
What happens after the retreat?
You’ll continue building and refining your Signature Workshop with lifetime access to the Signature Workshop Training & Community, along with your included bonuses, coaching sessions, templates, and implementation resources.
The community space is where you can continue to receive feedback, ask questions and receive extra support.
What if I can't attend live?
Life happens…
We strongly encourage attending live. The greatest value comes from the live coaching, real-time feedback, implementation sessions, and conversations with the group.
If you know in advance that you can’t fully participate, we’d recommend joining a future retreat instead OR transferring your ‘retreat credit’ to other services or programs.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds. You can however transfer your credit to other Majik Media programs, coaching experiences, memberships or trainings if for some reason you can’t make it.
