Build your Proven Signature Workshop Marketing System
In Just Three Focused Days
You know you want to Create and Launch a Signature Workshop, so you can grow your email list, revenue and engaged audience by leveraging other people’s virtual stages.
You know it’ll take you months to set-up if you do it on your own.
You know you hardly have time for anything these days.
You know you need help doing this the right way.
That’s what the Signature Workshop Retreat is for.
For three focused days here on Salt Spring Island, we are gathering a small group of coaches, teachers, creators, and transformation facilitators who want to design their Signature Workshop and build the entire marketing system to tour it.
Instead of spreading the work across three or four months…
We compress the entire process into three highly supportive days of deep work, coaching, and massive momentum.
By the time you leave Salt Spring Island, you’ll have a finished workshop and a marketing engine ready to run.
By the end of the retreat, you will have:
A clearly defined Signature Workshop
Your workshop outline and creative slide structure created
Feedback on your audience experience design
Your core stories, exercises, and point of view dialed in
Your monetization pathway mapped out
A touring and outreach system built
A spreadsheet with 100+ aligned hosts to reach out to
The templates and confidence to start outreach immediately
Coaching and feedback every step of the way
In other words, you’ll leave with a workshop that’s ready to deliver and a system to book it.
Spots very limited.
Sure, you can DIY – It’ll Just You Take Months to Finish
Buy our DIY Signature Workshop Training, Community + Templates.
Build the system in your own time or try to figure it out yourself.
BUT — even if you got started today, you won’t be ready to reach out to hosts for 2-3 months at a minimum.
AND — it takes another 1-4 months to go from outreach > bookings > delivery > monetization, which means you’re looking at 4-8 months before you start teaching and making money.
It takes time to go from bookings to delivery.
The Alternative: Come to Salt Spring Island & Do It in 3 Days!
Work with us in person.
Create your workshop. Build your systems.
Map out your 100+ hosts.
Start reaching out to your hosts immediately.
Begin touring your workshop & getting booked as soon as you get home.
If you join the retreat, you could start booking Signature Workshops for June… rather than November or January of next year…
It’s totally up to you — take your time, or get it done!
Over the three days we will:
-
Clarify (even more) your niche and workshop topic
-
Design your full Signature Workshop outline
-
Develop your slides and creative presentation structure
-
Map your offer structure and monetization pathway
-
Build your outreach system and research 100+ aligned hosts
-
Set up your systems (media page, landing pages, email templates)
-
This is a training plus coaching & implementation so you can start touring immediately
-
Leave with the work done so you can begin your next new chapter of growth!
From people who've experienced this retreat:
Collaboration and Community
Brad and Tad’s Signature Workshop Retreat was awesome! Not only was it very useful and timely for where I’m at in my business, but it was also very fun, relaxing, and connective. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of collaboration and community that was fostered in the room. I came away with clear next steps, as well as great connections and new insights from new friends. I highly recommend you attend their next event!!

Road Opener
It was a magical container.
Thank you again for hosting a warm and supportive retreat. The vibe, the nourishing food, and the constant support was really, really appreciated. I loved that this was a self-paced course and that I could just reach out to the next person on my own timeline. The workbook was super useful and helpful,
thank you for it!

Queer Lust Stories
Three glorious days
It was productive, engaging, fun, nurturing, inspiring, and creative. And it was intense. We got to work. This was go time. No BS.
Everyone arrived prepared, and Bradley, Tad, and Coralie met us exactly where we were at. We got stuff done — seriously. And Celeste nourished us the whole way through; her warmth, hospitality and food fed our bodies and our souls. The Retreat delivered. I walked away with a clearly defined Signature Workshop I’m ready to deliver, a landing page I love, real coaching and feedback, a path to monetization, my outreach started — and the confidence to actually use all of it. Thank you to all.

What Past Retreat Participants Say
“My project needed a little Majik. I was ready to take a couple of leaps forward and break through some walls. Being around such focused people brought priceless inspiration, real-time feedback, and an opportunity to stay fully focused, something that rarely happens at home. Couple this with the ambiance of nature, healthy food, and activities to really stimulate creativity, this retreat might have been the most productive week of my year and took my project to the next level.”

Chris Outdoors
“I delivered another workshop on Thursday. 25 people showed up. It went great. I have 8 people registered for my course now, which is about $3000USD in revenue generated so far, which I’m happy with. I am planning to do one per month on my own list and have a bunch of communities I’m reaching out to as well. Says a lot about your training, because I’ve already paid off the price of admission. Thank you!”

The Art of Touching Women
“Bradley, Tad and Coralie put on a fantastic event with their Signature Workshop Retreat. It felt like 2 months of self paced work, coaching and advice condensed into 3 days in a beautiful setting. It was absolutely worth it to go, and beyond just the value of learning how to create the Signature Workshop, it felt great to be surrounded by experts like Bradley and Tad who had incredible advice beyond just the workshop
to ideas like licensing, putting on workshops, and how to sell more aligned with your ethics. If I had a month in this kind
of atmosphere I probably could have done 10 months of work.
A wonderful experience, great location, great teachers, and would recommend it to anyone.”
